Form submission data processing is no longer experiencing delays. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 10:40 am ET on Thursday, October 8. The issue is now fully resolved and no data was lost.

Some form submission data processing in HubSpot is delayed up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for a small number of customers. This delay impacts analytics data related to forms and ticket creation. Our team is investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.
