Resolved - The backlog of task reminder emails has been processed and we are fully caught up. All new task reminder emails are sending as expected.

Identified - Task email reminders for all tasks created past 12pm EST, December 5th, are not sending as expected. There is currently a 25 hour lag time for task reminder emails being sent.

We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix. We should be caught up in the next two hours.

Identified - The Contacts pages in the Marketing and CRM tools are currently not loading. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve it.

Between 1:52 pm and 2:29 pm, EST on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, the processing of form submissions were delayed for up to 37 minutes. This incident impacted up to 75% of form submissions during this time.

We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem handling form submissions for closed accounts, which impacted processing of active submissions. The incident has been fully resolved and no data was lost during this time. By 2.39pm all processing had caught up and was back within expected processing times.
