Between 1:31 pm EST on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 and 9:53 am EST on Thursday, September 22, 2016 the Lead Flows and Collected Forms tools from Leadin were unavailable for some users. Any Leadin customer who uses the manually embedded Leadin tracking code on their website and HubSpot customers using the Leadin add-on were affected by this. Any Leadin customer using the Leadin WordPress plugin was not affected. We identified the cause of the issue as a problem with a recent change made to the tracking code during this time, preventing lead flow and collected forms resources from being loaded onto the website. The incident has now been fully resolved.

We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem with the File Manager integration with CTAs, between 05:53am to 09:26pm EST on Friday, September 16, 2016. The incident has now been fully resolved.
