Update - Our email service provider has resolved the issue and new emails are currently sending at normal speeds. However, some emails that were already sent are still experiencing delays in delivery ranging from several seconds to several hours.

Monitoring - Emails sent by HubSpot are currently being delivered after a delay of between 30 seconds and several hours. We are working with our email service provider to resolve the issue.

Monitoring - We identified an issue in one of our databases which was causing the HubSpot app not to load, and logins to fail. We have recovered at this time and all users should be able to log in. Our team is actively monitoring our systems to verify the issue is fully resolved.

From 8:34 am ET to 9:02 am ET, some images served from the COS on pages, blog posts and email were appearing as broken. A service that resizes images became overwhelmed with requests and returned errors during that period. We've identified the root cause and are adding additional safeguards to prevent future incidents of this type.

An unexpected database restart caused intermittent failures between 11:09am and 11:14am EDT.
While we are investigating the root cause of this restart, we also have active development underway to reduce the impact of this database failing in the future.
