Investigating - Beginning April 29, Cross Object Reports in HubSpot are experiencing intermittent delays or failures. This may impact the ability to create, or load Cross Object Reports, export reports, and some reports may show incomplete data. Other report types are not impacted, and no data has been lost. If you need data from reports, the new Custom Report Builder is working as expected and allows for reporting on 2+ objects.: https://app.hubspot.com/l/advanced-builder

Resolved - List processing in HubSpot is now fully operational. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the list processing delays and the incident has now been fully resolved as of 3:50 PM EST.

Monitoring - List processing is recovering and most customers are no longer experiencing processing delays. Our team is monitoring the situation closely to ensure that all systems fully recover as soon as possible.

This may result in delayed workflow enrollments, marketing email sends that rely on newly created or edited lists, and reporting. We’re investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.
