We have resolved an issue where 7% of HubSpot users were at risk of error messages in their dashboard emails. This issue began on 12/6/18 at 2:18pm EST and was resolved on 12/10/18 at 6:21pm EST.

Resolved - We’ve resolved an issue in Conversations that prevented users from accessing their Inbox on December 6th, from 10:58 - 11:07 EST. During this time, users were unable to view or interact with their Inbox. All Live Chat and Email messages received into Conversations during this time were unaffected by this issue.

Resolved - We have resolved an issue that resulted in some publicly hosted CMS content to fail to load with 404 errors beginning at 5:23am EST and ending at 9:30am EST on 11/30/2018. All CMS hosted content is loading at this time.

Monitoring - We have implemented a fix for the issue that caused some HubSpot hosted CMS content to fail on load with a 404 error beginning at 5:23am EST on 11/30/2018 and ending at 9:30am EST. We will continue to monitor impacted portals and will update this status when the fix has been fully verified across impacted pages.

Investigating - We are currently investigating reports that some HubSpot hosted CMS content is failing to load with 404 errors for approximately 20% of customers beginning at 5:23am EST on 11/30/2018.

Resolved - We have resolved an issue with the account settings page that was causing it to display missing sidebar navigation for all customers from 1:04 to 1:24 PM ET. This would have affected the ability of users to navigate through settings pages. This issue is now resolved, and settings are now displaying properly for all customers.

Resolved - We’ve resolved an issue in permissions that incorrectly granted View & Edit permissions to certain newly added users (since October 30th). This means that some users will have had unauthorised temporary access to view or edit deals or tickets. We’ve updated affected users and restored correct permissions. For more details, click here.
