Identified - We have identified the issue and are working on a fix both internally and directly with Microsoft. Our initial impression that this was only impacting emails from noreply@hubspot.com has proven to not be the case.

Investigating - We have received reports that emails from our noreply@hubspot.com address are being erroneously marked as spam or phishing. We are actively investigating.

Resolved - Email link tracking and Event tracking are now fully accessible and all delayed email sends have caught up. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem with our proxy network in certain geographical locations outside of Europe. The incident has been fully resolved and your links in HubSpot Emails should be functioning properly now.

Monitoring - We’ve identified the issue that’s caused the link tracking in Emails and Event tracking to be unavailable since 8:56AM EDT. We have issued a fix for this and are monitoring the impact. Email sending is currently delayed up to 30 minutes, and we are working to catch up to real-time processing. We will update this page when more information is available.

Identified - Sending a test email from HubSpot Marketing tools is not behaving as expected. Attempts to send a test send are either being delayed by up to 90 minutes, or are sending more than the expected one email. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

HubSpot notifications triggered from 3:52 to 4:05 PM GMT today were delayed in sending as a result of a database migration issue that has now been resolved. There was no data lost during this period and all notifications delayed in sending during this time period have now been fully processed. A small amount of these notifications may have been sent more than once.
