Update - We’ve resolved the delays in list deletion and contact scoring and are currently addressing only delays in cross-object reporting. We are monitoring to ensure all areas of the tool fully recover. No data has been lost during this time.

The issue is now resolved, though some users may still experience delays in list deletion, contact scoring, or cross object reporting while we process through the backlog. Identified - Beginning at 10:40 AM ET on March 2, 2021, some HubSpot customers have been experiencing list processing delays of up to 60 minutes. These may have impacted workflow enrollment, active list processing, CRM search, and other tools in HubSpot. We’ve identified the cause of the issue, and list processing is currently catching up. We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our team will update this page when the issue is resolved.

All formatting is now working properly, and links are restored and will direct to the correct location when clicked.

Investigating - Some CTA’s in Marketing Emails are not available. Impacted CTA’s will show broken formatting. Impacted CTA links are clickable, but lead to an error message that reads: “That page is Nowhere to be found”. This is impacting email drafts, previews, and sent emails. We’re investigating what’s causing this issue and will update this page when we have more information.

Resolved - Between 8:00am ET and 9:20am ET on Friday, February 26, some customers experienced issues with Two-factor authentication (2FA) due to a Twilio systems issue (https://status.twilio.com/). This also impacted internal SMS messaging within workflows. All tools are working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Update - We’ve addressed the issue that caused the two-factor authentication (2FA) to be unavailable due to a Twilio systems issue (https://status.twilio.com/). SMS login verification is currently functioning. The issue may have also caused internal SMS messages to execute multiple times in Workflows. We’re monitoring performance closely to ensure the tool recovers properly.
