Resolved - Sending emails through a connected account in HubSpot is now working correctly for all users. Emails that are scheduled through the Sequences or Send Later tools are also sending as expected. The incident has now been fully resolved. In addition, all emails that were scheduled to be sent during the course of this issue have been queued to be sent shortly.

Investigating - We’re currently experiencing an issue that’s preventing users from sending emails through a connected account in HubSpot. This impacts sending individual emails to a contact from HubSpot, as well as emails that are scheduled to be sent using both the sequences tool and the send later tool in Gmail, Outlook and O365. We’re actively investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.

Between 4.14pm EDT and 4.30pm EDT today, sending emails with a connected account in HubSpot was unavailable. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of this issue. The incident has been fully resolved and sending emails with a connected account should be functioning properly now.

Resolved - This incident is now resolved. Any updates that were made during this issue have been backfilled and all updates to properties in the CRM should be displaying as expected. No data was lost as a result of this issue.

Between the May 5th and May 8th, some email opt-out lists that were imported were delayed in processing and actually applying the opted-out status to the contacts. This issue that caused the delays has been resolved and all contact states are correct.
