Marketing email publishing in HubSpot is back up and running. Between Oct 17, 2018 6:28:59 PM UTC and Oct 17, 2018 7:39:13 PM UTC there were intermittent publishing failures with Marketing Email for some customers. A brief network outage caused instability in publishing emails between the given times.

Marketing email publishing in HubSpot is now fully operational. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a brief network outage and the incident has now been fully resolved.

Resolved - Between approximately 11AM ET and 1PM ET, some users experienced issues with sequence enrollment, scheduling emails later, sending one-to-one email from the contact record, sending and receiving email with Conversations, and connecting calendars. This issue is now resolved. Any emails sent or received via Conversations during this time will be delayed up to 20 minutes, and email logging to the contact record is currently delayed for some users.

Resolved - Starting at approximately 1:00pm EST we experienced a delay in import processing time for all customers. No data was lost during this processing delay. This issue has been identified and fixed. Delayed imports have fully processed and new imports are now processing as normal.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue and have determined that only emails sent with a generic inbox connection (IMAP) have been affected. Any emails sent via our Google or O365 integrations are not affected.

Investigating - Starting Monday October 1, 2018, some one-to-one email sent from the CRM is failing to send. This is also impacting some sequences emails to send and sequences enrollment. Our engineering team is currently investigating the scope and severity of this incident and will post updates as we learn more.
