Monitoring - A small number of HubSpot-hosted websites failed to load between 7.50pm EST and 4.19am EST due to an issue with our content delivery network provider. All domains but one are now properly resolving. We are continuing to monitor this issue and will update this page when more information is available.

Between 12:44pm and 4:27pm we experienced an elevated error rate of emails sent to single contact records strictly triggered by the single send public API. Engineering has identified the root cause of the issue and now fully resolved it.

Resolved - The sending of notification emails in HubSpot is now fully operational. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem with a specific notification email template and the incident has now been fully resolved.

We have fully processed the email notification backlog and HubSpot notifications going forward should send without a delay.

Monitoring - We’ve identified the issue that’s caused the HubSpot notification emails to be delayed for up to 30 minutes since 10.04am this morning and implemented a fix.

Update - Some customers may have experienced issues preventing them from making changes to Companies in HubSpot CRM between 8:08 am and 8:35 am and experienced issues loading the HubSpot Social app between 8:08 am and 8:56 am. HubSpot CRM, Contacts and Social are functioning properly now and we are continuing to monitor this issue.

Monitoring - Between 8:08 am and 8:16 am EST on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, we experienced an issue that prevented the HubSpot CRM and Contacts app from loading for some users. This incident has been fully resolved and the HubSpot CRM and Contacts should be functioning properly now.

No data was lost during this timeframe. Our development teams are continuing to monitor the issue and as of 8:16 am EST, all pages have been loading normally.
