Resolved - Between approximately 5:30 PM and midnight on January 8th, 2021, some customers experienced issues with Contact updates. As of 12:10 AM EST on January 9th, 2021, all updates to Contacts have been restored and no data was lost. During that time, email triggers, workflow enrollment, list memberships, and CRM object properties may have been impacted.

Identified - We’ve identified an issue that is causing the cloning of Workflows to be unavailable for all users. Additionally, some customers are experiencing delays in Workflow actions executing, beginning at 9 AM EST. Some actions may take up to 15 minutes to execute. We have addressed the cause of the list processing and workflow delays, but processing of any updates made between 9am ET and 3pm ET may still be delayed. New lists and updates should now be processing as normal.
