LinkedIn is experiencing outages which is impacting the following areas of HubSpot: Ads and HubSpot social. Users are unable to track new ads, sync leads or load reporting for ads on LinkedIn. Users are also unable publish new posts on LinkedIn.

Facebook continues to report a partial platform outage. Facebook’s status can be monitored at https://developers.facebook.com/status/dashboard/ Some users may continue to experience issues with HubSpot’s Facebook and Instagram integrations, including within the Social, Ads & Conversations apps, but functionality within HubSpot is improving and near fully operational.

Contact enrollment in Lists & Workflows is now no longer delayed and fully operational. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue and the incident has now been fully resolved.

The delays have subsided for majority of contacts but we are still seeing a lag of 40min for some contacts. We're actively working through addressing that.

We’ve identified the issue that caused contact enrollment in Lists and Workflows to be delayed since 11:22am ET. We’re addressing the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.

We resolved an issue that caused delays in incoming emails to Conversations, attachment processing, and logged CRM emails since 3:05 ET. All emails have since caught up from delays and new emails and attachments will be processed normally.
