Resolved - All submissions on HubSpot forms between 1:25 pm and 1:48 pm ET are now fully processed. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue and the incident has now been fully resolved.

No submissions were lost, however customers may see duplicated submissions if visitors to their forms clicked submit multiple times.

Monitoring - For 23 minutes, between 1:25 pm and 1:48 pm ET on Wednesday, July 1, submissions on HubSpot Forms appeared to fail when a visitor clicked submit. However, these submissions were successfully sent to HubSpot.

We are currently processing these delayed submissions and expect all form submissions during this timeframe to be processed shortly. We will update this page when more information is available.

Resolved - After working with our content delivery network provider and based on reports from customers, we believe that access has been fully restored for customers in Sweden. In the event that the issue re-occurs we ask that customers contact our support team who can help run troubleshooting steps which will allow us to confirm the exact location of the issue.

We’re monitoring performance to ensure the app recovers properly.

Update - The HubSpot app and HubSpot hosted websites are still not loading for users accessing it from Sweden. We are working with our content delivery network provider to confirm exactly what the issue is. Right now our understanding is that there is a regional ISP (Internet Service Provider) issue.

Resolved - HubSpot software should now be working for all users from Denmark and Sweden. We’ve identified the likely cause as a localized ISP (Internet Service Provider) issue and the incident has now been resolved.

Resolved - On June 25, 2020, between 11:11 AM and 1:18 PM EDT our core CRM services were in a degraded state that resulted in delayed processing for many background services such as Imports, Cross Object Reports, Email Sends, and Notifications. The underlying root cause was the result of code being released that failed to properly cache information pulled from one of our databases. When this happened, the database's resources were quickly exhausted and background services that depended on this database were impaired. As a temporary stop gap we increased the resources available to the database while we also worked on determining the root cause. Once the root cause was identified a fix was deployed and most services returned to normal within a few minutes. The engineering team will be conducting an internal review to determine how this code was released and will introduce new safe guards to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. We understand that the important role the HubSpot CRM plays in the lives of our customers and we are committed to preventing outages from occurring in the future.
