Resolved - We’ve identified an issue that was causing certain form fields to be removed from forms. This issue started occurring at Jul 5th 12pm EST until Jul 11th 1pm EST. The root cause of this issue resulted in updates to a property causing them to be removed from all forms.
We have addressed the root cause of this issue and have been able to add these properties back into the majority of forms on July 14th 10:30am EST. Submissions during this period will not have contained the missing field.

A number of forms were unable to be reset back to their previous state. We will be contacting customers still affected by this issue to work towards a resolution on this.

Resolved - Between 7:29 am ET and 8:16 am ET on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 tracked links in HubSpot Marketing Emails and HubSpot Sales Emails were unavailable. This resulted in recipients clicking the links seeing a longer than normal load time, or in some cases being brought to an error screen. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of this issue. The incident has been fully resolved and links in all emails, including previously sent emails, are functioning properly now.

Jul 6, 21:13 EDT
Update - As part of recent updates to Facebook’s developer terms, Facebook is asking all of their partners, including HubSpot, to go through another round of app review and verification. We submitted for review and are working with Facebook on the re-verification requirements. As a result of this process, for the time being, our customers will not be able to:
Connect new Facebook and Instagram accounts to the HubSpot Social platform
Post to Facebook and Instagram through HubSpot, including previously scheduled posts
Create new integrations with Facebook Messenger

The HubSpot ads integration with Facebook and Instagram is not impacted and ads are running as expected.

Facebook is an important integration for many HubSpot customers and we are working quickly to resolve the situation. This page will be updated as we learn more.

Once the app permissions are restored, scheduled Facebook and Instagram posts with a publish date later than the restoration date will be published successfully.
