Between 2:30 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jun 10, 2025 and 6:30 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jun 10, 2025, some customers experienced issues with Breeze Agents and Assistants. This was caused by elevated error rates and latency from OpenAI. As of 6:30 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jun 10, 2025, Open AI Tool Functionality is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
