Resolved - Between approximately 5:53pm and 6:30pm EST - all users were unable to save all engagements including emails, calls, notes, tasks, etc. The incident has been fully resolved and all data is saving as expected.

Resolved - The HubSpot app is now loading properly for all users. All property updates that were made since 11am EDT today should also be displaying in the UI as expected.

The incident has now been fully resolved. No data was lost as a result of this issue.

Monitoring - Contacts, companies, deals and tickets are now loading for all users as expected. There is still a delay in updating object properties in HubSpot for up to 30 minutes however.

Identified - We’ve identified an issue that’s causing contacts, companies, deals and tickets to be intermittently unavailable. This impacts the CRM index pages, as well as Lists, some dashboard reports, and the HubSpot extension in email clients. We’re actively addressing the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.

Resolved - This incident is fully resolved. All dynamic updates to list and workflow memberships should be processing as normal. The backlog has fully caught up. No data was lost as a result of this issue.

Monitoring - We are still experiencing delays of up to 2 hours for dynamic updates to lists and workflows that include a Marketing Email filter. We're working through clearing the backlog of dynamic updates.

Creating new lists and workflows with a Marketing Email filter should process as normal.

Identified - All lists that are not using Marketing Email filters are now processing within 10 minutes, regardless of the number of contacts in the account. Deal and Ticket workflow enrollment is also back to normal.

Lists and workflows that have a Marketing Email filter are impacted with delays up to 90 minutes for processing and enrollment.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We’ve identified an issue that’s caused list processing to be delayed by up to 90 minutes. All lists that have a Marketing Email filter are delayed on create and for dynamic updates. In addition, this impacts accounts which have a large number of contacts (100,000 or more). If the list criteria is updated or a new list is saved, this may take up to 90 minutes to process. Workflow enrollment is also impacted for all workflows that are using Marketing Email filters in their criteria. Deal and Ticket workflow enrollment may also be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Resolved - The incident has been fully resolved, and user notifications are now fully accessible. Some notification emails that did not send between approximately 18:00-21:00 UTC will not be resent. Any missed notifications are viewable with all other notifications in the HubSpot notification center within your portal.

Investigating - We're currently experiencing an issue that's preventing some in-app notifications from being sent to some users. Outgoing messages like emails and chats with users' contacts are not affected by this issue. We're actively investigating the cause and will update this page when more information is available.

Identified - We have identified this as an issue with the Instagram API that is currently affecting many of their 3rd party publishers. We have escalated this with our Facebook contacts.
