HubSpot's public search API was unavailable for some users
Between 1:34 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Mar 11, 2025 and 2:43 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Mar 11, 2025, some customers experienced issues with HubSpot's public search API. This was caused by an unintended configuration change that lowered the API's rate limits. As of 2:43 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Mar 11, 2025, HubSpot's public search API is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Outlook Connected Email is unavailable for some customers
Between 8:40 PM UTC and 9:45 PM UTC on March 1, Microsoft reported a global outage with Microsoft 365 services. This outage resulted in Outlook connected email to be unavailable in HubSpot. Some HubSpot users may have also received an email notification that their Outlook inboxes have been disconnected from their HubSpot accounts. As of March 2 at 1:22 AM EST, all Outlook inboxes were reconnected to HubSpot accounts. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience as we reconnected inboxes.

Updates to CRM objects was unavailable for all users
Between 2:22 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Feb 26, 2025 and 2:43 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Feb 26, 2025, some customers experienced issues with Updates to CRM objects. This was caused by data migration. As of 2:43 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Feb 26, 2025, Updates to CRM objects is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Notifications and verification email is now fully accessible. We've identified and addressed the root cause of the issue. The incident has been fully resolved and Notifications and verification email should be working properly. No data was lost.

Call and Email Associations on iOS mobile devices are unavailable for some customers
The issues with call and email associations in the iOS app (version 4.56.0) is fixed in version 4.56.1. We continue to ask all customers to please upgrade to the latest version 4.56.1.

HubSpot is currently unavailable for customers in Europe
HubSpot software is now working for all users. We've resolved the issue by scaling up a service that was causing intermittent failures. The incident has now been fully resolved. No data was lost.

Public API search was unavailable for some users
Between 8:53 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 27, 2025 and 10:03 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 28, 2025, some customers experienced issues with our public search APIs which caused a higher call failure due to rate limiting. This was caused by a recent update. As of 10:03 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 28, 2025, our public API is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Snowflake views and tables were unavailable for some users
Between 5:15 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 6, 2025 and 8:00 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 10, 2025, some customers experienced issues with Snowflake views and tables. This was caused by a HubSpot bug that temporarily removed user access to Snowflake tables and views. As of 8:00 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 10, 2025, Snowflake is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
