Workflow branches was unavailable for all users
There was an issue with some filter criteria based workflow branches between 8:47 am ET and 10:43 am ET. If a record went through a workflow branch with a filter criteria that referenced an object associated with the enrolled record, that record went down the "None met" branch. Customers should re-enroll anything that enrolled during that time only if they are comfortable having the workflow run again. We apologize for the inconvenience this generated.

HubSpot is currently unavailable for customers in Europe
HubSpot software is now working for all users. We've resolved the issue by scaling up a service that was causing intermittent failures. The incident has now been fully resolved. No data was lost.

Public API search was unavailable for some users
Between 8:53 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 27, 2025 and 10:03 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 28, 2025, some customers experienced issues with our public search APIs which caused a higher call failure due to rate limiting. This was caused by a recent update. As of 10:03 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 28, 2025, our public API is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Snowflake views and tables were unavailable for some users
Between 5:15 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 6, 2025 and 8:00 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 10, 2025, some customers experienced issues with Snowflake views and tables. This was caused by a HubSpot bug that temporarily removed user access to Snowflake tables and views. As of 8:00 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 10, 2025, Snowflake is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Roll-up properties are no longer experiencing delays. We've identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 8:29 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Dec 2, 2024 as a problem with an underlying system failure. The issue is now fully resolved.
