Between 10:57 AM EST and 11:05 AM EST on April 11, 2025, we observed elevated error rates and slow responses impacting our Dashboard UI, Global Search and Reporting in North America. The incident has been fully resolved. No data was lost.

HubSpot experienced delays for some customers
On Apr 3, 2025, between 9:37 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) and 9:44 AM EDT (UTC -04:00), and between 9:47 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) and 9:55 AM EDT (UTC -04:00), some customers experienced delays with CRM objects. As of 9:56 AM EDT (UTC -04:00), CRM objects are functioning properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Workflow actions were unavailable for some users
Between 1:36 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Mar 28, 2025 and 2:19 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Mar 28, 2025, some customers experienced issues with Workflow actions. As of 2:19 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Mar 28, 2025, Workflow actions are working properly and the incident has been fully resolved. Any workflows that had an error during this time will need to be manually re-run.

Email Sending is currently delayed for some customers
Email Sending is no longer experiencing delays. We've identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 11:00 AM EDT (UTC -04:00). As of 2:43 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Feb 26, 2025, Updates to CRM objects is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.

Call and Email Associations on iOS mobile devices are unavailable for some customers
The issues with call and email associations in the iOS app (version 4.56.0) is fixed in version 4.56.1. We continue to ask all customers to please upgrade to the latest version 4.56.1.
