Submission error on pop-up forms

Resolved

HubSpot identified an outage that caused submissions on pop-up forms to fail between 8:50 am ET and 2:25 pm ET on Tuesday, Aug 18. This incident caused the submit button on pop-up forms to break resulting in no redirect or thank you message rendering. No submission was logged in HubSpot. The incident has now been resolved and pop-up forms are submitting again.
