The Google+ API has been reset and we've normalized the amount of calls being made to prevent going over the limit.

Investigating

Due to some backfill jobs running over the weekend our Google+ API rate limit has been reached again and won't become available until it resets at 12am PST (3am EST). Engineering is investigating why the limit has been exceeded to ensure it functions properly before the reset happens at midnight.
