Between 11:47 AM (UTC -05:00) and 01:05 PM (UTC -05:00), customers in all regions experienced issues loading app cards and UI extensions in HubSpot. This was caused by a load balancer misconfiguration. As of 01:05 PM (UTC -05:00), our app cards and UI extensions are working properly and the incident has been fully resolved. No data was lost.
