We've identified the issue that's caused CTAs embedded in emails sent through HubSpot to not render for some Gmail recipients in both North and South America. We've addressed the cause of this issue as a change to network access rules to protect the HubSpot infrastructure. This change was preventing CTA images from loading in some Gmail inboxes.
This issue is now fully resolved and all CTAs in emails sent through HubSpot should render correctly for all inboxes, including previous emails sent.

CTAs embedded in emails sent through HubSpot are not rendering for some Gmail recipients in both North and South America. This does not affect the underlying CTA link, however, it will appear without an image. We recommend using hyperlinked text until this issue is resolved.
