Some email replies from O365 inboxes failed to log between April 24th and April 26th 2019

We found a bug with reply syncing for O365 inboxes that caused some replies to logged emails to fail to show on Contact, Company, and Deal records. We are unable to determine which replies should have logged during this time period, and users who see replies that did not log can forward these emails into their CRM.
