Settings Navigation Not Displaying Fully for All Customers

We have resolved an issue with the account settings page that was causing it to display missing sidebar navigation for all customers from 1:04 to 1:24 PM ET. This would have affected the ability of users to navigate through settings pages. This issue is now resolved, and settings are now displaying properly for all customers.
