Between 4:55 PM EDT and 5:05 PM EDT on September 29, 2022, some customers experienced issues with creating new CRM records. Record creation would have experienced an error during this time. As of 5:05 PM EDT, the creation of new CRM records is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
