Marketing Emails were previously delayed for some customers

Marketing Emails are no longer experiencing delays. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 3 am EST on Tuesday 8th March. Some emails may have experience delays of up to 1hr between 3 am and 4.30 am EST but we are not aware of any sending failures or loss of data. The issue is now fully resolved.

We’ve addressed and resolved the issue that was causing Marketing Email delays of up to 1 hour starting at 4am EST today. We’re monitoring the tools closely to ensure all processes recover properly.
