Some marketing emails experienced elevated soft bounce rates from October 16th to the 24th

From Oct 16, 2023 to Oct 24, 2023, some customers experienced marketing email delivery issues to Outlook. As of 10:00 AM (UTC -04:00) EDT Oct 24, 2023, newly sent marketing emails should be delivered properly. For customers who had soft-bounced email sends, we won’t be re-sending emails to those contacts. If you wish to re-send emails to those contacts, you can create a list from the “Bounced” emails under the “Recipients” from your email, and re-send the email to this list following these instructions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-do-i-resend-an-email.
