The sales stream is now loading successfully and open and click notifications are no longer delayed.

The root cause was a routine database migration with unintended downstream consequences. Engineering is reviewing the issue.

Identified

Due to an issue with the database used to store tracking activities and metadata the sales stream is currently not loading for the majority of users, and notifications may be delayed. Engineering is currently working on the issue.
