Resolved - We resolved an issue that was causing email tracking to be unavailable in the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension starting at 2 PM EST and ending at 8 PM EST. All emails sent from the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension are tracking at this time.

Email open and click tracking aren’t available right now for customers who are sending tracked emails from the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension. We’re actively investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.
