Our 3rd party service provider has implemented a fix for the issue that is affecting Messages, Conversations, and real time floating notifications in the EU region. These tools are now loading as expected and we are continuing to monitor the situation.

Update
Our 3rd party service provider is continuing to investigate the issue that is causing the Conversations & Messages inboxes to not load in the EU region for some customers. This issue is also affecting real time floating notifications from showing within HubSpot in the same region. As soon as we get updates from them we will be sure to update here.

Investigating
Due to an issue with a 3rd party service provider the Messages & Conversations inboxes are not loading currently within the EU region. This issue is also affecting real time floating notifications from showing within HubSpot, all other notification delivery channels are unaffected.
