The processing of form submissions occurring between 7:38 am and 7:42 am, EST on Thursday, January 5, 2017, was delayed for up to one hour. This incident impacted form submissions that occurred during this four minute window. Some visitors may have seen a brand-less error page during submission, describing that an issue had occurred.

We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue, related to recent work bringing in protection against attacks on the HubSpot Form Submission processing systems. By 8:55 am EST all submissions during this four minute period had been fully processed. The incident has been fully resolved and no data was lost during this time.
