Between 4:11 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jun 21, 2023, and 4:28 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jun 21, 2023, some customers experienced issues loading Conversations Inbox. This was caused by an issue retrieving members from lists. As of 4:28 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jun 21, 2023, Conversations Inbox is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
