Between approximately 5:30 PM and midnight on January 8th, 2021, some customers experienced issues with Contact updates. As of 12:10 AM EST on January 9th, 2021, all updates to Contacts have been restored and no data was lost. During that time, email triggers, workflow enrollment, list memberships, and CRM object properties may have been impacted.
