Between 1:40 PM EST (UTC -05:00) and 4:06 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 4, 2024, some customers experienced issues with Workflows. This caused the "enroll existing records" choice to not enroll records as expected. We have identified and fixed the underlying cause of this issue.
As of 4:06 PM EST the "enroll existing records" choice is working correctly for newly enabled or edited workflows. All previously impacted workflows will be processed automatically without actions needed from customers. To avoid records being enrolled twice, please do not manually retry workflows.
