Between 1:52 pm and 2:29 pm, EST on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, the processing of form submissions were delayed for up to 37 minutes. This incident impacted up to 75% of form submissions during this time.

We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem handling form submissions for closed accounts, which impacted processing of active submissions. The incident has been fully resolved and no data was lost during this time. By 2.39pm all processing had caught up and was back within expected processing times.
