We have identified the root cause of the problem, deployed a fix and we are now recovering. We expect that the delay displaying contacts on lists should be resolved in the next hour.

Update

We are continuing to make progress on this issue. The delays for changes made directly on contacts, companies and deals are now reduced. There is still a delay for contacts to appear in lists.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue that’s causing lag adding and updating Contacts, Companies, and Deals in HubSpot’s marketing product and CRM. In the marketing product, this means that contacts will be slower than normal to appear in lists.
