At this time all processing has caught up and everything should be working as normal.

A fix has been put in place and email sync is now running. Some tools may still be lagged by an hour or more but we expect everything to be caught up within the hour. We are still investigating the root cause of this outage.

The system the handles email synchronization with the CRM and Sales tools is currently down.
