Resolved

The HubSpot app is now loading properly for all users. Contacts should now be loading properly in the Contacts index page, Lists, and in the HubSpot email extension sidebar. Contact reports should also be displaying correctly. The incident has now been fully resolved. No data was lost as a result of this issue.

Investigating

We’re currently experiencing an issue that’s intermittently preventing the Contacts index page from loading for all users in HubSpot. This will also impact viewing contacts in a list, contact reports, and the HubSpot email extension sidebar in Gmail and Outlook. We’re actively investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.
