Smart send emails were delayed for some customers

HubSpot has identified and resolved an issue that was causing smart send emails to be scheduled between 1:30am - 11:45am ET on 02/22/17 to be delayed. New smart send emails scheduled outside of that window should send on time, but emails scheduled in that window will be delayed.
