Real time email open and click notifications were unavailable for some users using the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension starting on Thursday, February 1st. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue and the incident has now been fully resolved. As of 6:26PM EST, the delivery of email open and click notifications is now fully operational. No email open and click data was lost during this outage, and all notifications are available on the Activity Feed.

We've identified this issue and are in the process of resolving the root cause. All notifications are available on the Activity Feed, and users should close and reopen their Chrome browsers to continue to receive real time notifications.
