This incident has been resolved, and processing of data is now caught up.

Identified

Between 5pm and 8:30pm EDT, the processing of changes to contact records was delayed. List segmentation, workflows, CRM search, and reporting were all experiencing delays processing new changes. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly. We will provide another update in an hour.
