Retroactive status page: Phone numbers captured incorrectly when country drop-down enabled

On March 11th at 12:41 EST we resolved an issue with the phone number country code dropdown feature forms that was in effect between March 5th 6:00 EST and March 11th 1:00 EST. When the feature was enabled, it was incorrectly stripping all numbers before the “0” digit. As a result, any phone numbers counting the digit "0" would have been captured incorrectly during the time this issue was in effect.
The issue was identified at 11:58 EST and resolved at 12:41 EST on 11 March. All phone number fields using the country drop-down option will now correctly capture all digits. Unfortunately any incorrectly captured phone numbers cannot be restored.
