Between 12:19 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) and 1:25 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on May 5, 2025, customers experienced conversation display delays when visiting the Activities tab. The root cause has been resolved, and no data was lost. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we resolved the issue.

We've identified the cause of the Conversation display delays in the Activity tab since 12:19 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on May 5, 2025. These delays may impact tools such as the Ticket activity tab in HubSpot. Our team is investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available. Only customers hosted in North America are currently impacted. We will be back with an update within 15 minutes.
