Submissions through the HubSpot Forms API experienced errors from 10:33 to 10:48AM EST

Resolved

Between 10:33 am and 10:48 am EST on Monday, March 12, 2018, forms submitted via the API resulted in a 500 internal server error being returned on request. We’ve identified and addressed the cause as a one-time issue with a migration to a new submission service. The incident has been fully resolved and all form submissions should be functioning properly at this time.
