Starting at around 10:30 AM today, workflow enrollments were delayed up to ~30 minutes. No enrollments were lost. The issue has been resolved by 11:15 AM, and all enrollments have now been processed. This affected contact-based workflows only, and did not affect bulk or manual enrollments.
Due to this issue, workflows with email sending actions were unable to load over the same time frame. We've identified and addressed the issue, and the incident has now been fully resolved.
