Outbound calling is now fully functional. We’ve identified and addressed the root cause of the issue. The incident has been fully resolved and outbound calling should be working properly. No data has been lost.

Some users in Europe are unable to make outbound calls from HubSpot. We're investigating what's causing this issue and will update this page when we have more information. "Call From Phone" still works so anyone can still use that feature to make calls.
