Sending emails from the CRM was unavailable for some users

Between 1:18 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Dec 4, 2023 and 1:46 PM EST (UTC -05:00) on Dec 4, 2023, some customers experienced issues with sending emails from the CRM. This was caused by issues generating unsubscribe links. As of 1:46 PM EST on Dec 4, 2023, sending emails from the CRM is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
