Activity and Event features are no longer experiencing impairments. We've identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 9:00 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Apr 9, 2026 as a problem with a database configuration. The issue is now fully resolved.

We've addressed the issue that was causing Activity and Event feature impariment starting at 9:00 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Apr 9, 2026. We're monitoring the tools closely to ensure all processes recover properly. Only customers hosted in North America are currently impacted. We will be back with an update within an hour.
