HubSpot Forms experienced intermittent errors when submitting

Between 03:00 am on Friday, July 7, 2017 and 01:49 pm on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 approximately 1% of form submissions may have resulted in an error being displayed to a visitor submitting a HubSpot form. These attempted submissions would have resulted in an error being displayed to the visitor, and if the visitor attempted to re-submit, the subsequent submission would have been very likely to succeed.
