We have identified and addressed the root cause of some meetings invites not generating a Zoom link. The incident has been fully resolved and all links should be working properly.

We have addressed the issue that caused some meetings invites to not generate a Zoom link. We are monitoring performance closely to make sure all the links recover properly.

We have identified a way that some portals were able to add Zoom as the meeting location in their meeting scheduling page without a needed accountId. Our team is actively running a process to resolve this issue.
Affected portals should start to see links being resolved throughout the day.
Affected customers can choose to resolve this for themselves, rather than waiting for our process to finish running if an immediate fix is needed. Please use the suggested workaround to resolve this issue on your own: Navigate to Sales > Meetings and select Edit on any impacted meetings scheduling pages. On the Overview tab, remove Zoom from the Location field and then re-add Zoom to the Location field. Save your changes. We will update you when meetings scheduling page's Zoom links have all been fixed.

Some portals may see that the Zoom link is not appearing in their HubSpot Meetings invite sent to customers. Our team is working to resolve this, but in the interim, HubSpot users with access to Meetings links can take the following steps to resolve: First, select "Sales" in the navigation menu, then select "Meetings." Second, hover over the affected meetings link and select "Edit." Once able to edit, remove the Zoom link from the "Location" field. Lastly, re-enter the Zoom link in the "Location" field on the desired meeting and save your changes.
