Between 11:54 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Sep 20, 2022 and 4:45 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Sep 26, 2022, some customers experienced issues with delays in the Conversations Inbox. This included new conversations taking longer than normal to appear in the Inbox. As of 1:19 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Sep 27, 2022, the Conversations Inbox is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
