We’ve resolved an issue in Conversations that prevented users from accessing their Inbox on December 6th, from 10:58 - 11:07 EST. During this time, users were unable to view or interact with their Inbox. All Live Chat and Email messages received into Conversations during this time were unaffected by this issue.
