Marketing contact updates are no longer delayed. We've identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 04:05 AM (UTC +01:00) on Dec 1, 2025. The issue is now fully resolved.

We've identified an issue that caused setting contacts to non-marketing on the next update date to be delayed in some regions since 04:05 AM (UTC +01:00).

We're still monitoring performance closely to ensure the tools recover properly as we work through all affected regions.
