Conversations is now fully operational.

From 3:25 to 3:35 EDT the Conversations Inbox was not accessible to all customers. During this time, users were unable to open Inbox or reply to messages. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem leading to this outage. The incident has been fully resolved and conversations should be functioning properly now.
